Government officials in Florida The city of Winter Haven voted to eliminate fluoride from its city water supplies, quoting Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the incoming head U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and its national campaign regarding the removal of fluoride from the water supply.

“I will tell you this after the last election, Mr. President Trump nominated Mr. Kennedy to become its director of ‘H-something-something,’ and Mr. Kennedy has made his presence known and publicly stated that he wants fluoride removed from water nationwide,” Commissioner Brad Dantzler said on Tuesday, according to WFLA News.

“So we may be on the forefront of this issue, but it’s emerging based on current events and what’s happening in Washington,” Dantzler continued.
